At Crossroads Chiropractic, we have very exciting news! This year, Dr. Eric Oltmanns, a longtime member of the Crossroads Chiropractic community, has purchased the business from Dr. Jeff Varner. This is an exciting new chapter for a practice that has long been a staple for wellness in the community.
Crossroads Chiropractic has provided compassionate, evidence-based chiropractic care to generations of families. Patients can still expect the same trusted experience they’ve always known, with familiar faces and a continued commitment to quality patient care.
A Continuing Commitment to Our Community
What has always set the Crossroads Chiropractic clinic apart is its commitment to continuity. Over the years, the clinic has fostered a tradition of mentorship and growth that allows the practice to evolve while staying true to its values. Dr. Varner, a name many patients in the area have come to know and trust, began his journey at Crossroads as an intern under Dr. Kaim, the clinic’s original founder. Just one year later Dr. Kaim decided it was time to move on from the business. Dr. Varner took over the practice and moved it to CentraCare Sartell Clinic, where it stayed for more than two decades.
Dr. Varner eventually became a mentor to Dr. Oltmanns, a chiropractor who was first introduced to the practice as a young Crossroads Chiropractic patient recovering from a hockey-related injury. Similarly, Dr. Oltmanns followed in Dr. Varner’s footsteps—becoming an intern to Dr. Varner and later stepping into a leadership role at the practice. Dr. Oltmanns has been preparing for this handoff in ownership for several years and is excited to take the business to new heights, and a new location.
A New Chapter for Crossroads Chiropractic
Effective May 2025, the clinic has moved to a more spacious, easily accessible facility at 620 Roosevelt Rd, St. Cloud. As CentraCare continued to expand and couldn’t accommodate Crossroads in their new addition, moving into a own space seemed like the natural next step. The new space offers Crossroads an opportunity to grow to new heights while continuing to serve the St. Cloud community.
New Collaboration with The Quickfix Massage
As part of this exciting transition, Crossroads Chiropractic is also expanding its services through a collaboration with The Quickfix Massage. Located in the same building, this partnership opens the door for patients to receive therapeutic massage in conjunction with chiropractic treatment—supporting a more holistic approach to musculoskeletal wellness. This collaboration makes it easier than ever to access the services you need, all under one roof.
Known for its patient-centered philosophy and deep community roots, Crossroads Chiropractic has grown to become a place where healing happens, patient-provider relationships are built, and wellness journeys begin.
